Life Coaching isn't a one-size, fits-all process. We'll work together to learn what resonates for you, but here are the most popular options available to my Life Coaching clients:
One-on-One Coaching
A one-hour coaching call personalized to address your unique goals and intentions. Choose from single sessions or a package of sessions. All sessions are scheduled and paid for in advance.
Laser Coaching
For those new to Life Coaching who want to sample the benefits Life Coaching can yield, or those in want of a quick vibrational realignment, Laser Coaching offers a 30-minute focused session.
